At Bigham's Smokehouse, we believe leadership is about serving others first. We're looking for someone who thrives on developing people, building strong teams, and leading each shift with consistency, excellence, and purpose.

As a Part-Time Team Leader, you'll help create an environment where both our guests and team members feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Whether you're coaching a new employee, ensuring every plate meets our standards, or jumping in wherever you're needed, you understand that leadership isn't about a title—it's about setting the example.

You enjoy the challenge of leading a busy restaurant while motivating your team to perform at their best. You believe accountability and encouragement go hand in hand, and you know that treating people with respect while maintaining high standards produces the strongest teams.

You value systems and structure because they help create consistency. From checklists and food safety procedures to inventory and daily operations, you understand that excellence is achieved through discipline and attention to detail. More importantly, you enjoy helping your team understand not just what to do, but why it matters.

You recognize that we are in the people business first. Great food is the result of a team that feels supported, challenged, and appreciated. Your goal is to help every person on your shift leave stronger, more confident, and more capable than when they arrived.

At Bigham's Smokehouse, we strive to create a family atmosphere for both our guests and our employees. If you're passionate about serving others, leading with integrity, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to have you on our team.
